Dr. van Norman is very personable and provides thorough appointments; with explanations of what they will be doing, what I might feel, and feedback on questions and findings. He gives consistent and reliable suggestions for proper sun protection for overall wellness but also for common danger areas likely to cause trouble from exposure to the sun. His staff is courteous both on the phone and in person. They effortlessly guide you through the appointment process. From scheduling, reminders, check in, insurance and contact information updates to settling a patient into the room, providing triage, medication updating and instruction for your doctor visit and guidance after the visit for checking out, payment and rescheduling for follow up and wellness visits, the staff knows their jobs and do them well. This is also a training office and many times I have had “trainees” (new and future medical professionals) at my visits. I am always asked if I am comfortable with this prior to my appoint
