The parts of patient care I find most rewarding are building rapport, as well as getting to know my patients and their families.

Forefront Dermatology
Dr. Van Norman explained the surgery procedure before he began, and then he told me what to expect and what was happening throughout the process. He regularly asked me if there was any discomfort and assured me that the surgery was going well. The entire process went smoothly and was pain-free. The doctor and nurse told me what to expect during the days after the surgery and outlined how I needed to care for the surgical site and what I should avoid doing for the next few days. I also received a sheet of printed instructions for follow up care.

The treatment and level of professionalism was excellent.
Forefront Dermatology
The only complaint I have is regarding the wait time. I was approaching 2 hours in the waiting room before I was taken to an exam room.
Forefront Dermatology
This was my first time to see Dr Van Norman. I was a former patient of Dr Renee Mather and was very happy with her. My experience with the new doctor was very positive. I felt he was very through and explained things well. My only recommendation would be to possibly not book so many patients in such a short time frame. I did have to wait an hour to be seen, and there were patients ahead of me that were still waiting...a lot of grumbling in the waiting room.
