Please be aware we do not accept Highmark Wholecare Medicaid (we do accept Highmark Wholecare Medicare), Highmark Chip, UPMC Partner Network, Advantra Excela Prime, Aetna Excela Prime, Aetna Custom HMO & Geisinger (unless the card states “First Health”).

If you have an HMO or VA Community healthcare plan or any plan that requires a referral or verification, please call 724-837-5810 to schedule your appointment.

  • Cosmetic visit or complete the cosmetic appointment request form
  • Surgical visit, including MOHS surgery
  • Light treatment
  • Laser treatment
  • Injections
  • Patch testing
  • Wound check
  • Stitch/suture removal
