Submit the referral

Send patient information and reason for referral via fax, secure portal, or phone to the local Forefront Dermatology office.

Step 2

Confirm receipt & scheduling

Our team contacts the patient directly to schedule an appointment, prioritizing urgent cases for same-day/week visits.

Step 3

Patient visit

The patient is seen by a board-certified dermatologist for evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Step 4

Report back to referring provider

A detailed consult note with findings and recommendations is sent back to your practice.

Step 5

Coordinate ongoing care

Any follow-up, additional treatment, or co-management needs are communicated directly to keep you looped in.
