A family nurse practitioner, Kate Sedlaczek has over 10 years of experience in diagnosing and developing comprehensive treatments for complex skin conditions including, but not limited to: acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, warts, skin allergic reactions, and rashes, as well as skin cancer screenings. In addition to providing care for general dermatologic concerns, Kate also has over 10 years of experience providing cosmetic services including Botox, Juvederm, and Kybella.

Kate is fluent in Polish, German and English and is now accepting new patients of all ages and skin conditions.
