After waiting for 11 months to get an appointment, I was sorely disappointed for several reasons! Staff is rude, poorly trained and not a bit of compassion. Dr. Harvey was very personable and has great bedside manner. The staff who answered when I scheduled my appointment and checked in at the office were a bit monotone and appeared to be in a rush, however, the office was busy when I arrived. I will definitely return as it is difficult to find a caring and component dermatologist of color in this area. I appreciated feel heard and cared for by Dr. Harvey.
