Dr Giannelli is prompt and professional. He and his staff are patient answering questions. I appreciate that he provides information for getting lower prices for these high cost prescriptions.

The office staff violated HIPPA laws telling me the gender, age, and procedure of another patient who was wailing in pain for the entirety of the hour I waited in reception for an on time arrival. The office also reeked of weed. The cursory exam (<30seconds) was followed by an arrogant and patronizing ‘explanation’ after I pressed. Opinions differ on what makes a doctor good, I won’t be returning.

The office staff are courteous and friendly. They started the visit on a positive note. My wait time was brief. Dr Giannelli and his medical assistant were thorough, kind, and professional. I recommend this practitioner and his team without reservation.
