I'm under the impression that booking an appointment online doesn't work, and it does take a while of waiting on hold to book an appointment by phone. But once I got my foot in the door, my experience from there was positive.

At my appointment, Dr. Giannelli excised an anomalous nevus from the back of my right leg. The wound was covered with a bandaid. However, it bled through the bandaid and down my leg as I was walking back to my car. Perhaps a different bandage (gauze?) was needed, or I should have been told to wait 10 minutes before using the leg.

Efficient, thorough, answered all my questions, and kind - this applies to the front desk, medical support staff, and Dr. Giannelli. Great experience and I’ll see you next year!

The medical attention was great; the wait to be seen was a little long. Also they call the prescription into the wrong pharmacy.

Hi is the best Dermatologist we used for the past 40 years. We referred over 30 of our friends and family over the last years and they are all very happy with his work and advise.

Dr. Gianelli is the most attentive and knowledgeable doctor. I have been his patient for a very long time. Strongly recommend him for any skin problems and cosmetics procedures. The cosmetic cost for Botox and fillers are very reasonably priced.

Dr. Giannelli and his staff were most courteous, friendly, informative, and supportive. The waits in the waiting room and the exam room were pretty long.
