She explained what she thought to b a customer on my eye lid ,and that it still needed reviewed by Dr .Kevin crawford .and explained the procedure .very detailed very nice ,she made me feel comfortable in the chair due to my having a total knee replacement 6 weeks ago .that made me feel good as well jus that she cared because we had jus met.people n the world today have changed .not everyone cares .so when u get this kind of treatment it's speacial to people.si 5 stars to them all

Kelly did a good job of identifying a point of concern during a full skin check. I will say, however, that she spoke very quickly and used only medical terms when announcing things she saw. I understand that it was more for the benefit of the nurse who was recording everything but the visit summary only stated the medical terms and not where they were found or ways to treat. I was able to find most of the layman’s terms via Google but some of it was a bit ambiguous in my search. Medications prescribed did have detailed instructions, but it would be nice to be able to look at the chart and know where these issues were found so that I can at least look up ways to treat at home.

I have been dealing with a very itchy skin condition for years. I truly needed relief. Kelley made me feel so comfortable! She created a treatment plan catered to me, and I have had very minimal itching since my appointment last week. Thank you for taking the time to fully listen to me. That means more than you know!
