Kelly and team were great! They were pretty far behind. I waited in the lobby almost 1.5 hrs and that's only because other patients started rescheduling and leaving because they didn't want to wait another 1.5 hrs so that moved up a little sooner. Who knows how long it would've been. I'll call next visit to see how far behind they are before I go.
