My initial appointment felt very rushed, and I did not feel that my concerns were truly heard or cared for. When I have called the office with questions or concerns, I often do not receive a response for weeks and have to repeatedly call until I finally reach someone. I was also told that I would be prescribed a different medication, but the prescription was never sent through. The lack of communication and follow-through has been very frustrating. Overall, I have experienced a significant lack of communication and care, and unfortunately my symptoms have not improved at all since coming here.
