I had a 9:30am appointment and I didn't get called until 10:00am. I suggested that it would be a courtesy to patients that the receptionist advised that the staff was running a little behind. Just a courtesy, we all understand some appointments don't go as smoothly as planned. I will continue to see Sarah .

Sarah PA answered all my questions and asked appropriate questions to find out what my condition was. I look forward to seeing her again. The MA was great. Receptionist was extremely kind. I recommend the Franklin Forefront Dermatology Clinic. They got me in quickly and were able to prescribe an appropriate treatment plan.
