When a patient leaves their visit, I want them to feel like they were heard and confident in the treatment plan we mutually selected. Understanding what we are treating, why we chose a treatment, and how to implement the plan are of utmost importance to me.

The check-in people were friendly and professional. I was checked in and called to the exam room ahead of schedule. Within a few minutes the doctor came in, checked me over, treated me and had me on my way. The whole process was quick and efficient. Well done.
