Lidia Pomaville, PA-C

Lidia Pomaville is an NCCPA Board Certified PA with over 20 years of healthcare experience. She began her medical training at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree while working at the hospital. Lidia completed her Master of Science degree in PA Studies at Wichita State University in Kansas in 2011 and worked at a busy private dermatology practice in Chicago where she received extensive hands-on specialty training in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Lidia lives in the Edgebrook neighborhood of Chicago with her husband, five children, and two dogs. Her clinical interests include:

• treatment of acne and eczema
• integrative dermatology, combining conventional treatments with complementary, holistic approaches
• anti-aging skin concerns
• patient education on keeping their skin looking and feeling healthy throughout their lifespan
• treating pediatric patients and adults of all ages

Dermatology is a constantly evolving field and Lidia continues to enhance her skills and knowledge through regular attendance of dermatology conferences and workshops to stay abreast of the latest advances in dermatologic treatments. Lidia holds an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor position with Marquette University and University of Dubuque and maintains a clinical site for precepting PA students for Rush University, Rosalind Franklin University, and Dominican University. She has co-authored multiple publications and lectured on dermatology topics locally and nationally. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants, Illinois Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology PAs. In addition, she serves as a board member of Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences Alumni Association.

Lidia is bilingual in Russian and English.
