I’ve previously had non-melanoma skin cancer several times and so I’ve had a good deal of experience with dermatologists. Frustrated by many of my other experiences, I sought out another doctor and was thrilled to find out Dr. Flanigan had availability. She and her staff were the most professional, efficient, and skilled dermatological team I’ve experienced. Super friendly as well. Her offices are also new and very well designed. Front desk staff is excellent. I had three biopsies done— all of which I wanted tested and she agreed. She was very skilled at performing biopsies, all of them are healing super fast and well. She did a very thorough full exam. She even detected a bump on my foot from a minor (non skin) condition I never discussed and was hard to find and below the surface— her level of attention to catch something like that was a sight to behold. The pathology reports were all good news and also she showed excellent judgement in the biopsy technique/removal allowing me to

Dr. Flanagan continually checked in with me about any pain I might be feeling during my procedure and adjusted accordingly. She fully explained what she was doing during the procedure and answered my questions before, during, and after so that when I left, I was completely equipped.
