Gena M. Gore, MSN, FNP-BC, DCNP

Gena M. Gore MSN, FNP-BC, DCNP is a board-certified Dermatology Nurse Practitioner with a desire to provide compassionate and quality care to her patients. She began her career as a Nurse Practitioner in Dermatology in 2015. Gena attended Cornell University, obtaining her Bachelor of Science, and then pursued her career in healthcare at Columbia University, earning a second bachelor’s and a master’s degree in nursing. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and continued her training to become a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner.  

Her interest and expertise in dermatology drive her to create a collaborative and supportive environment where patients can confidently manage their skin health. Gena is passionate about both medical and cosmetic dermatology, offering skin exams, managing skin cancers, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, acne, and many other conditions. She also enjoys performing toxin injections and filler treatments.  

In 2026, Gena joined Forefront Dermatology, where she provides care to patients of all ages with a wide range of skin concerns. She values building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and helping them feel comfortable in their own skin. Outside of work, Gena enjoys spending time with her family, traveling home to New York, and being outdoors, especially on the beach.
