Alexandria Meccia, MD, FAAD

Dr. Alexandria Meccia is a board-certified dermatologist with over 20 years of experience treating patients ages 2 to 102, with a special interest in treating the geriatric community. She provides total body skin exams for the detection of skin cancer as well as treatment of acne, warts, molluscum, eczema, and psoriasis, including patch testing and biologic medications. She performs minor skin surgeries for skin cancers and moles, as well as, procedures on the nails. As a physician, Dr. Meccia truly cares and respects her patients and values the long-term relationships that have developed through her years of practicing dermatology.

Dr Meccia was very thorough in her inspection of my skin, top to bottom. Her manner was professional with warmth and humor, made me relaxed. Removal of a suspitous mole was painless. Overall my office visit was very efficient, staff was polite and good at their jobs, the whole thing took less than 30 minutes. I received a call a week later informing me of the biopsy result as promised. I will go back in a year for routine check-up.

Excellent treatment. She is on point on Allergies and skin conditions. I have a rear skin condition that I struggled to get a diagnosis with after seeing many physicians and many months of frustration; she was on target with the diagnosis as soon as I showed it to her.
