Alexandra Kroeff, PA-C

Alexandra Kroeff, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant with extensive experience across medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology. She completed her physician assistant education at Miami Dade College, Medical Campus, and holds certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She has also completed the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) Diplomate Fellowship Program.

Alexandra brings more than 15 years of diverse clinical experience, including general dermatology, aesthetic dermatology, internal medicine, cardiology, palliative care, and clinical research. Throughout her career, she has worked both autonomously and collaboratively with board-certified dermatologists, dermatopathologists, and surgeons, caring for high patient volumes and managing complex dermatologic conditions. Her clinical expertise includes skin cancer detection and treatment, biopsies and excisions, cryotherapy, wound care, and management of patients on biologic and isotretinoin therapies. She also has advanced training in cosmetic procedures, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, and laser-based treatments.

Alexandra values same-day treatment when appropriate and takes a collaborative approach to care, working with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that support both medical outcomes and quality of life. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and has working knowledge of French, Italian, and American Sign Language (ASL).
