Alan “Bo” Stanford, MD, FAAD, ABD, FACMS
Dr. Alan “Bo” Stanford earned his B.S. degree in Forestry Management from Mississippi State University before earning his medical degree at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He completed his internship in general surgery at Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, Virginia and dermatology residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Stanford devoted over ten years of his medical career to serving in the United States Navy and has been practicing medicine for over 30 years. He is board certified by the American Academy of Dermatology. He is also a fellow member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Alabama Dermatology Society, and the Academy of Mohs Surgeons.
