Office failed to mention that the fee I paid the day of was just an estimate. Got another bill later. I don’t have an opinion about the dr because I literally only met him that day and it was about 30 seconds. Not super impressed.

I love my usual provider, Brittany. I don’t know why people have to wait so long to check in at the front desk. There are usually two people at the front desk but most often only one person is helping patients. I’ve waited up to 10’ in line just to check in. Dr. Asarch did my Mohs surgery. He is very quiet and matter of fact. I just had a cold feeling from him but his assistant the day of my surgery was personable, but I just didn’t feel that from him. Only one specimen needed to be taken and for that I was grateful. He did a great job with the stitches, but again he didn’t talk to me at all during the procedure, only telling me what he was doing. Really it’s the results that count and for that I am satisfied.

I appreciated the explanation of the procedure, and the care that was provided. I knew that I was in good hands.

I really liked his assistant. Very personable and efficient.

I was happy with the way things went & with everyone involved.
