Jamie Martin, PA-C

Jamie Martin received her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then went on to complete her Masters in Physician Assistant Practice from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina.  As a Franklin County native, Jamie moved back to Glade Hill and started her career in Family Practice in Gretna, Virginia. Since joining the RidgeView Dermatology team in March of 2016, she has enjoyed a successful transition into specialty practice and looks forward to continuing to serve the greater Smith Mountain Lake community.

Jamie enjoys watching sports, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three dogs. Jamie and her husband welcomed their son Luke in February of 2017.

I took my toddler in for an eczema check up and she usually cries at the doctor but not this time, the staff was awesome and they were so nice and patient with her. I am honestly really grateful with them for making this experience a positive and enjoyable experience for my daughter

Jamie Martin and her staff are always friendly, conscientious, and thorough. While getting treated with liquid nitrogen or having a skin sample taken is not always pleasant, having such procedures performed by Jamie Martin are never unpleasant.
