Dr Givan was professional, knowledgeable, informative, and courteous. I especially appreciate him explaining everything to me about my malignant melanoma surgery so well. His nurse Brittany was great, too, in the same way as Dr Givan. Both were also kind which means so much to me. I felt I was in good hands.

I would have selected zero stars, if it had been an option. I had a two pm appointment on October 22, 2025 and arrived a half hour early to check in and fill out all the paperwork.
After waiting until after three pm, I told the receptionist I was leaving and I did. At no time did anyone come out to the waiting room and tell me what was going on.
The best thing is that the day of my appointment I received a text that noted if I was more than ten minutes late, then my appointment might be rescheduled.
They did have the courtesy to call and apologize that evening.
