Alira (Carpenter) Spring is a certified physician assistant who joined the Missoula practice in 2014. She received her MS in Physician Assistant studies from Harding University in Searcy, AR. Alira completed a one-year dermatology internship with Dr. Korenberg. When not at work Alira enjoys playing basketball, traveling the globe and enjoying her home church.
