Jeanette Batchelor, PA-C

Jeanette Batchelor is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She was born and raised in Havelock, NC. She earned her Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Performance from East Carolina University in 2000. She worked at the Medical School Bookstore while earning her degree in music and enjoyed reading the medical books in her spare time. She enjoyed medicine so much, she decided to pursue a career in medicine and enjoy music in her spare time. She received her Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University in 2008.

Jeanette worked in Nephrology and Urgent Care for 4 years in Rocky Mount, NC, while her husband pursued his doctorate degree. Her husband was offered a job at University of West Florida and they decided to move to Pensacola in 2012.

Jeanette took a job in Trauma and Acute Care Surgery at Sacred Heart Hospital. She found this experience incredibly rewarding, but she has always been interested in Dermatology, especially skin cancer. She joined Henghold Skin Health and Surgery Group in 2014 and has been well-trained in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer.

Jeanette has two young boys, and enjoys music, running and spending time with her family.

Doctor Batchelor is wonderful. She has had to cut on me several times since I don’t take care of my skin. Each time is painless. She had to cut across my tattoo once and she made it like I could not even tell she did. She is extremely skilled. Everyone is friendly and professional and provides great care for me. I wouldn't let anyone else that close to my neck with a knife. Thank you to all at Hengold Dermatology.

I feel Jeanette is very competent and thorough. Her assistant was efficient also. I did wait for over an hour before I was seen by Jeanette. I asked the receptionist about the delay and was informed the the doctor was backed up.

Please put someone that has personalities not ai speaking in a weird accent like a robot as receptionist spot. Asking same questions every 2 minutes over and over and when I said my face she asks if I wanted the whole body checked or upper body.......... I got frustrated after 5 mins of infinity loop of same questions I will not go here
