Jeanette Batchelor, PA-C

Jeanette Batchelor is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She was born and raised in Havelock, NC. She earned her Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Performance from East Carolina University in 2000. She worked at the Medical School Bookstore while earning her degree in music and enjoyed reading the medical books in her spare time. She enjoyed medicine so much, she decided to pursue a career in medicine and enjoy music in her spare time. She received her Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University in 2008.

Jeanette worked in Nephrology and Urgent Care for 4 years in Rocky Mount, NC, while her husband pursued his doctorate degree. Her husband was offered a job at University of West Florida and they decided to move to Pensacola in 2012.

Jeanette took a job in Trauma and Acute Care Surgery at Sacred Heart Hospital. She found this experience incredibly rewarding, but she has always been interested in Dermatology, especially skin cancer. She joined Henghold Skin Health and Surgery Group in 2014 and has been well-trained in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer.

Jeanette has two young boys, and enjoys music, running and spending time with her family.

Upon arrival staff was friendly and Professional. Dr. Batchelor was very good and professional. She explained what she was doing. One negative comment: I was driving when asked to confirm apt. I told operator my name, time of apt, and apt was with Dr Bachelor…Was ask questions she had in front of her… phone number, mailing address, email address and insurances. All I needed to do was confirm apt.
