She listened, she heard, gave solid answers. She explained how this could happen. She offered me another external cream I refused, my skin would return to that angry red, extremely ugly pain. After so many creams I use nothing but cool water. She trusted my judgement. I have had 1 negative and 1 positive shingles test. I believe the negative test. Can’t have shingles if you have never had chicken pox. The truth will come out.
