Caileigh Seskey, PA-C

Caileigh Seskey, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Mount Union and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Pittsburgh. During her clinical training, Caileigh gained experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, warts, cysts, and skin cancer. She has a particular interest in alopecia areata and other forms of hair loss, as well as managing complex chronic dermatologic conditions.

Caileigh is committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care and values education and shared decision-making as essential parts of the patient experience. She strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their treatment plans.

A native of the community she serves, Caileigh is especially excited to care for patients close to home. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, she worked as a medical assistant at Forefront Dermatology in Cranberry Township, where she developed a deep appreciation for dermatology and patient care. She is proud to begin her career at Forefront Dermatology and looks forward to providing compassionate, high-quality skin care to patients of all ages.
