The staff was wonderful from check-in to the very end of our visit. This was my 14 yr old daughter’s first appt, and I really appreciated that Dr. Smith spoke directly to her, not just to me as the parent. Both Dr. Smith and her assistant took the time to listen to our concerns, and the exam was very thorough. We never felt rushed at any point. Dr. Smith also explained the treatment options clearly, giving my daughter the opportunity to choose what felt right for her without pushing in one direction or another. Overall, an excellent experience!

Checked in online, waited maybe 2 minutes to be called back. Was seen promptly in exam room. Rebecca and nurse clearly communicated during exam and scheduled my next appointment. Very efficient

This was my first visit, and I didn’t know what to expect. The Dr. was extremely friendly and professional. She spent the time to understand my issues and offered multiple ways to move forward. Some advise even trying things on my own. I did not feel pressured into making purchases like I previously anticipated. I would highly recommend this office. Beautiful location and very upscale experience!
