I have had Mohs surgery before but this was my first with Dr Wuennenberg. He was very informative and detailed about each step of the procedure and did excellent work. I have one more procedure upcoming and have no concerns at all. Thank you!

I would say Dr John is an excellent and caring doctor. I think he did a great job with my surgery and made me comfortable throughout the process-

The staff is great. Dr W very professional. Wait time for lab is much too long so patients tend to sit waiting on results far longer than they like

Efficient

I was honestly terrified when I found out I had to be kept awake for the removal of a spot of skin cancer as it was in a very uncomfortable place near my nose and eye. Dr. Wuennenberg immediately took note of my apprehension without me even having to communicate it and acted accordingly. He was not hurried or rushed and took time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions. I was very squeamish and he knew just what to share and what not to share with me pertaining to the surgery. He was very skilled at distracting me with conversation while the cancer was being removed. After a successful procedure, several stitches were needed to close the wound properly. He was very careful to make sure I was not in any pain or discomfort. The first part of the stitching, although not painful, was very uncomfortable for me with the pressure and pulling involved. In the beginning of that procedure, I thought the emotional distress would overwhelm me but both he and his lovely assistant Abby
