They got us in a few minutes early and we weren't stuck waiting in the patient room forever like at most other medical facilities. Nurse requested my son change into a gown- which was not necessary, so I declined. Doctor also made remark about taking off his clothes. Didn't like that- especially after I already declined him wearing a gown.

Very pleasant doctorand she did a very nice job. Well run office, even though they were shorthanded today. Only ding was that my medications were not sent to the pharmacy after my appointment, so I wasted a trip only to find out she does not send prescriptions until the end of her day, after she reviews them (which is a good thing). I just wish I had known.

Dr Spohn was very thorough in her examination & explained everything she saw along the way. She provided education on what changes to watch for in the future & was conservative in her recommendations for treatment (which I appreciated). Hers was the best full body exam I've ever had. I've never asked for a particular dermatology provider in the past, but certainly will in the future.

Appt. went well discussing recurring rash on shin that I have had for years. Will wait for results of biopsy and discuss next visit in 2 weeks. There was confusion with where prescription was sent that I have to straighten out which is not convenient because it will have to be mailed to me which will take several days now. I won’t have the antibiotic cream for my wound now. ***P.S.! All good! Called and corrected pharmacy, meds on the way!
