My job is to function as an educator and an advocate and to be a supporter to guide patients in making decisions about their customized treatment plan. I strongly believe healthcare is a team effort between the provider and patients, and I will always advocate the best I can for every patient, every time.

This was my first time going to a dermatology appointment and I didn’t know what I was expecting. But Kyla was super nice and explained everything really well and gave me some great suggestions to help fix up my skin. Her assistants are just as great as her. Kyla and her nurses are AMAZING. The education and care provided is truly next level. They made me feel so comfortable during a very vulnerable time dealing with my skin issues. It’s already hard and embarrassing enough to go out in public when the skin issues are on your face, so their kindness, professionalism, and reassurance meant a lot to me.
There was one RN (I believe she was an RN, although her education and knowledge came across as doctoral level) who took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my skin condition to me, and I cannot express how much that meant. I unfortunately can’t remember her name, but she had really long brown hair. She was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and made me feel so much more at ease.
They all deserve raises and DAISY awards. Thank you guys so much! 😊
