I was disappointed by this appointment. I made an appointment for a cosmetic peel and did not get that service. I had to wash
my face myself (I’ve never had to do that at any previous medical appointments) and had to ask for a scrunchie to pull my hair back. After that, they told me someone went home and they couldn’t do the cosmetic peel. I drove 1 hour to this facility (based on a recommendation) and they could not make an accommodation. The waiting room was empty. I even had to ask for sunscreen since I washed it off. At checkout they charged me double what I was initially told. When I challenged it, they said “we are new in cosmetics.” They really need training for the call center and employees.
