This was our second visit (for my son). The nurse in the room was very friendly, kind and understanding. Ms. Grant was, again, rude and dismissive. Specific examples: when recommending accutane-isotetinoin, I asked the side effects, she told me that for my son there was none. Her words were, he doesn’t have a uterus, so none. As the appointment progressed and she had to read the ipledge, there was obviously quite a bit more. She also told Parker that this medication would take care of it completely. That seems to me like an outrageous claim to make, this being our second appointment, and not a statement that should be made to anyone, let alone a 15 year old child. We have never discussed causes, diet change, consistency-just medication. I was quite uncomfortable in the appointment, the nurse seemed to notice and understand, Ms. Grant, did not.

This was my first visit with her and she was very knowledgeable on my situation.
