Jen was wonderful. Very welcoming. So much so that my Mom thought she knew her. Answered all our questions and provided an excellent course of action. Explained everything very thoroughly! We are very pleased we made the appointment and fortunate to have gotten Jen and now have an open line of communication with an expert via phone or email when it doesn’t make sense to bring my Mom to the office!! Everyone else we encountered were very helpful as well.
