This is my first time seeing a dermatologist at all in my life. Shannon was incredibly personable and kind. She did seem as though she was in a rush but still spent as much time with me as I needed. It went in for hormonal acne and she gave me 2 prescriptions and a face wash they sell in house. I’m always hesitant to purchase products from in house because they’re always more expensive and I just know there is a cheaper alternative out there. However, after one use, my skin was not dry and burning like it has been with my cerave face wash. For me, that $30 bottle is worth it.

I would like to thank the Derm, and Shannon Keizer, my dermatologist. I’ve had melanoma, but thanks to Shannon and her thoroughness I have kept it from spreading. She explains everything she does, and answers all of my questions. I am grateful to have her as my Dermatologist.

Shannon is very pleasant and very knowledgeable. She always answers all my questions and seems genuinely concerned about my health and in advising me of my medical options. I trust her and feel confident in her medical expertise. How a doctor treats a patient one on one is very important to me and Shannon is very thoughtful and caring. I would refer her to anyone needing a dermatologist/doctor.
