Caitlin made my first dermatology appointment a wonderful experience. She was kind, friendly, and explained everything that was happening — allowing me to feel comfortable and safe. I was very nervous going in about a few spots, she calmed my fears — and when I did have a spot she was concerned about, she gave me an explanation of the biopsy process, potential outcomes, and calmed my fears.
