In addition to providing care for general dermatologic concerns, Kate also has over 10 years of experience providing cosmetic services including Botox, Juvederm, and Kybella.

Kate is fluent in Polish, German and English and is now accepting new patients of all ages and skin conditions.

This place is an absolute 10 out of 10. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any medical facility. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and great at what they do. I was honestly blown away by how smooth, welcoming, and well-run everything was. Highly recommended!

Kate Sedlaczak was kind and welcoming to me as a new patient. She was very thorough with giving me a total review of my moles, etc. She and I discussed the previous medication that I used for rosacea and she recommended a new medication that includes the previous medication. I am very happy with my appointment and her availability in case I have any other skin issues between now and a year from now for my annual appointment.
