I find that developing and maintaining a trusting and lasting doctor-patient relationship is of the utmost importance, because a strong doctor-patient relationship can help instill confidence and empower patients to have an active role in the treatment of their skin conditions.

Staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. This visit took longer to checkin than normal due to the fact we are now Medicare and a new this year Medicare program called HAP. They worked at it until it was entered correctly. Our exam was thorough and explanations were given throughout. We have referred 3 family members to Dr Bontumasi and they are all happy with him also. My only complaint would be that I had to request a copy of my patient plan. I remember things better if I see a copy of it. My husband does not feel this is necessary though. This was our third annual visit and my husband has had multiple additional visits for mole removals. We are very satisfied with Dr Bontumasi and staff.

Dr. BontamasI is always friendly and concerned about the patients life in general as well as the problems that required the visit. I feel very confident in his care, The office and personnel have adapted to the new regulations created by the virus and everyone wore masks, the facilities were-not crowded. Thank you
