Please be aware we do not accept New patients with Medicaid as the Primary insurance. Please (call 616-678-2070 for Grand Rapids, call 616-268-2001 for Grand Haven) to schedule an appointment. If you have VA Community healthcare plan, please ensure you have an active Authorization from your VA PCP on file before scheduling.

Please call the office to schedule your cosmetic, biopsy, mole removal, surgical, accutane, telehealth or hair loss visits.
