First, my appointment was at 9:20. I arrived 8:50, so I was aware of a wait. I saw people coming in, registering and sitting for literally minutes before getting called back. 9:30, I figure okay, my provider may be running behind. Again, more people coming in and getting called back. 9:40 I go up to front desk and ask if they missed me. As front desk looking, I get called back. MA was nice and I knew my situation wasn’t easy because I don’t constantly have my issue. The provider Brittany comes in, talks to me for a minute. I show her the pictures I took of my skin issue. She barely glances and says it’s a virus and that I should use this cream and if they don’t go away for 2 weeks to come back. They don’t last 2 weeks! I felt rushed. I felt dismissed and I have 0 intentions of going back to that office or to tell anyone else they should go there.

Very personable listened with care and explained things in detail. Definitely would recommend
