Today was my initial appointment with Vivian. She was knowledgeable, warm and answered all of my questions about facial treatments. She was attentive and listened to my goals for treatment before making any recommendations. When she provided guidance, she provided options to think about instead of plunging right in. Vivian sent me home with products to sample before making any purchases. She provided me with an app where there are regular coupons and specials that reduce costs. I will definitely work with her! Highly recommend Vivi!

Vivian did a wonderful job on my Fraxel service. This was the fourth time i have had it done and it was the easiest and least painful. She did a very smooth job of covering all the surface of my face and hitting the sunspots extra well. They describe it being like a bad sunburn. I always felt more like a burn victim. This is the first time i would agree with the description. I feel like I am recovering faster and less painfully than i ever have.
