I’ve been seeing Dr Johnston for close to 3 years. He has a great staff and he is very thorough. He found a melanoma in the early stages, recommended a surgeon and I’m 21/2 years cancer free. Thanks again!

I greatly appreciate being seen and treated by a M.D. and not a PA! The staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Dr. Johnston displayed high levels of professionalism while maintaining a keen focus on providing quality care. I have been to other dermatologist in the area and found my experience with Advanced Dermatology to be "head and shoulders" above the rest. Harold E. Love, Ph.D., LMHC

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Johnston for several years. He has treated my family for everything from teenage acne to mole removals. He and his staff are very professional and friendly. Having more than one location, they are always able to fit us into their schedule without delay. Dr. Johnston is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He takes the time to explain his diagnosis, answer questions, layout a treatment plan and follow up on patient progress. I find that many physicians these days have an air of detachment from their patients and the treatment process. Dr. Johnston and his staff are attentive, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Dr. Johnston to anyone in need of a dermatologist. Thank you Dr. Johnston!

I liked the text reminder system, also stated to bring a mask. However, I came across 4 patients coming to the door who were not wearing any face covering. Don't remember if I saw a sign to wear a mast posted at the entrance door. I felt uneasy passing each other at the door. This was my first visit. I found it very helpful that you offer Telehealth.
