I have a small cancer spot on my nose that I was very concerned about so I made an appointment for as soon as I could get in and it turned out to be with Dr. BONTUMASI. I had been seeing his PA Brittany, but she was unavailable. I really felt rushed and he kept saying that I need to go back to seeing Brittany. I didn’t really understand all that since they’re in the same practice, but I felt like he was pushing me away. He prescribed some steroids for the spot on my nose, which had been bleeding quite a bit And I asked him to look at my foot which has some kind of scabbing on it also but I felt as though that was intruding, even though he did it anyway. He asked if I wanted him to prescribe medicine for both spots, which I found unusual because I’m not a doctor. Do I need the medicine? I told him yes and I now have two prescriptions which is fine but I just thought he should make that call not me. Every time I go in I have to pay a $45 copay but I’m there less than five minutes and I just felt like he was rushing the whole time to get out of there . Quite frankly, I always feel rushed when I see Brittany too, and I don’t know why they’re always in such a big hurry.

I had a very rough procedure. But, not be of the service or care. It was because of the sensitivity I had to a medication during the procedure. But Dr B, Nurse Rachel were so attentive the entire time and so kind, caring, understanding and encouraging: I can never thank them enough!
