Very efficient check in. Dr Berman’s nurse was friendly, efficient, and professional. She listened to my concerns and reported them to Dr Berman. At the conclusion of the visit, she asked me if I had additional questions and/or concerns. Dr Berman listened carefully to my concerns and responded to each of my questions. He performed a careful examination and took care of my problem efficiently. He made sure the procedure would be painless and he was very reassuring.
