Darin Franceschini, PA-C

Darin Franceschini, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with dermatology training at Seacoast Dermatology, PLLC. He sees patients from the Dover, Newmarket, and Portsmouth communities of New Hampshire, and beyond.

Darin was raised in Rochester, New Hampshire. He obtained his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of New Hampshire. Darin then received his masters of physician assistant studies from Wake Forest University in North Carolina.

Prior to joining the expert team at Seacoast Dermatology, PLLC, in 2014, Darin compassionately cared for patients in the Pediatric Critical Care Unit for three years at Elliot Hospital, New Hampshire’s Hospital for Children in Manchester. Darin is a fellow with the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

As an integral part of Seacoast Dermatology, PLLC’s experienced team, Darin works closely with the physicians to accurately diagnose and prescribe treatments for skin conditions. He specializes in skin cancer detection, the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases, rashes, and common childhood skin conditions.
