In my opinion, both the PA and assistant were rushed. I feel like I received 4 minutes of patient care eventhough there was noone else waiting in the waiting area. I don't understand practices like these. Doctors and PAs should want to get to know their patients. It was my first time and I felt uncared for. Yes, the PA was professional but I need something more.
