I try to really listen to my patient’s concerns and work together to find the best treatment plans. I tend to be more thorough in explanations than most providers, but I find this results in the best overall outcomes.

The only complaint that I have is when calling to make it cancel an appointment, the call doesn’t go directly to the office I attend. The wait time associated with a call is ridiculous.

Dr. Carrizales was thorough in his examination and explained his plan of care in an understandable and logical way. I have always been impressed by his concern for my skin care, and my worries about recurrent skin cancer issues. He treated me when we were both on active duty, and I was very happy to find he was practicing near Scott AFB. I recommend Dr. Carrizales to anyone with dermatological needs.

The only major issue was setting up online was a pain and wouldn't log my appointment the first few times. I did call and get an appointment, so it was an overall positive visit in the end. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Overall it was great. I did find it odd that even though masks are required in medical settings -- the staff wasn't wearing them consistently.
