A long-time resident of Michigan, Dr. Sara Herman is an experienced board-certified dermatologist specializing in, but not limited to, skin cancer detection and treatment as well as acne. As a physician, Dr. Herman enjoys partnering with patients to set and meet their individualized goals. As a team,  Dr. Herman and her patient work together as a team to develop treatment strategies that are effective, feasible and cost-conscious. She is honored and humbled that patients entrust their care to her and the office. It is her philosophy that patients always come first, and while treating them like family she makes sure to provide up-to-date, evidence-based care to each patient she sees.

Dr. Sara Herman is a superb dermatologist! She listens carefully to everything you say and questions to clarify. Dr. Herman engages you, the patient, in decision making regarding your treatment. She is compassionate and very caring. Dr. Herman is the fourth doctor I have seen while seeking treatment for a 7-month long daily outbreak of hives all over my body. I was daily stressed with continuous itching preventing me from sleep and carrying on necessary home activities. Dr. Herman provided me with both short-term and long- term treatment plans so that I could obtain almost immediate relief from this dreadful condition and now virtually complete remission of symptoms! I have my life back thanks to Dr. Sara Herman.
