Having surgery is a scary experience for anyone. Mohs surgery is unique in that my patient is awake for the entirety of the procedure. I take this very seriously. As the physician I make it my mission to help my patient feel at ease. We talk through everything beforehand, play music, and make sure the patient is comfortable. I especially love talking to my patients throughout their procedure. It gives us an opportunity to connect and helps alleviate some anxiety that naturally comes with being at the doctor.

Dr. Pflederer provides an ability to connect to her patient’s, taking time to speak with them and answer questions to ensure they feel comfortable and confident in her care. She is busy and hard working yet you will never wait or feel rushed. Amazing knowledge and bedside manner are part of why her team of nurses have worked with her for years and are available at returning calls etc, and answering your medical questions.
Dr. Pflederer offers cosmetics as well. She has done my Botox perfectly each time and she did amazing job having my first ever filler. She comes highly recommended by her patient’s and former colleagues. If you need a MOHS surgeon in this area she is the best. You will be free of your skin cancer AND given reconstructive repair that gives the best cosmetic/functional appearance, with techniques that minimize appearance of scars.
