Forefront Dermatology
My experience was very positive. Dr. Sundless seemed competent and caring in approach to my diagnosis and care.

Very friendly and concerned. Gave me a course of action and a time frame to pursue care if necessary.

I appreciated the course of treatment which was very effective. Also appreciated how this office and doctor were always so timely. Thank you!

These surveys are generally dumb and it's objectively difficult to justify "excellent" anything based on a 7 minute derm exam. I did however give all excellent marks since I know how these P-G-type surveys work where anything less than excellent may as well be a "1", and they're read by people who know as much about practicing medicine as they do rocket science, or reading ancient Aramaic. I will say that the ease of getting an appointment was better than excellent since I called in the afternoon and got an appointment within the hour, thanks to (most likely) a last-minute cancellation by another patient. That was just luck on my part. Dr. Sundlass was great. I would definitely recommend her to friends, relatives, and colleagues. Incidentally, I appreciate the fact that when you call the office, the outgoing message references the "physicians or midlevel providers". My hat's off to you for recognizing that there is a difference between the two groups. When others lump everyone together in the homogeneous "provider" bin it is confusing and disingenuous.

My first visit to Dr. Sanders was a pleasant one. I found her to be professional and thorough. She treated my problem area with care and saw to it that I experienced the procedure with very little discomfort.

What my daughter and I have liked most about our appointments is: 1. Dr. Sundlass is always friendly, but to the point. She knows exactly why we're there and goes right to taking care of business. She's engaged, but still very professional. 2. We never wait long in the waiting room or the patient room. The practice is always busy, but they seem to respect their scheduled appointment times. It's refreshing to have confidence in getting in and out of a drs. appointment in a reasonable amount of time, and I appreciate it.
