There was a bit of confusion upon check-in, as I had pre-registered and uploaded my ID and medical card online, but the receptionist initially gave me all the papers to fill out until another receptionist discovered I was already registered; it really wasn't a big deal. She also requested my "blue and red" medicare card, which I didn't bring, as they had just advised to bring my ID and regular insurance card. She said they were now wanting it due to the governor trying to prevent medicare fraud caused by illegal immigrants.....whatever....if wanted, I should have been advised to also bring it when I was asked about my insurance carrier. This really wasn't a big deal - and the efficiency and professionalism of everything and everyone else in the office shadowed it even more. The only other thing I would have appreciated would have been a written visit summary and how to care for the area from where they took the sample, and I didn't think to ask, but wondered when I got home. I figured they would have told me if I needed to do anything special or different; perhaps that's on the portal, which I didn't know about until I got a text message after the visit; have not gone there yet. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining though, as I really liked Ms. Harner and the treatment I received; she was fantastic, and I feel like I'm in competent hands, thus am both comfortable and confident with her care.
